Robert and Desi Kepe are the driving force behind Wealthpoint. Originally established as a private real estate investment company to serve the interests of “family investors”, the business was transformed in 2009 when the two brothers combined their resources, capabilities, and relationship networks for the benefit of an expanding base of U.S. and International high net worth investor clients. Desi and Robert were born and raised in Southern California, and come from generations of skilled Old World craftsmen that have a diverse background of construction skills. They learned a great deal from their father who began in carpentry 51 years ago, and he attained the skills to become a general contractor, a custom home builder, and then a real estate investor. Their family’s wealth of real estate knowledge and skills fostered the Kepe brothers to pursue and achieve great success in real estate.
